Donna Ricci, Psy.D. has been helping people access and increase their awareness of themselves and their environments for over twenty five years. She has been using life coaching techniques to help people gain greater clarity about their life path. She has created an Organizational Skills Development Program that is widely used in the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. She received her Master of Reiki Certificate from The Lyman Center
in 2009.

She has studied Sound Energy work with John Beaulieu,
the founder of Biosonics, the most widely used method of
tuning fork therapy.

If you are out of tune with your own inner resources the solution could be as simple as thinking through what is stopping you, developing strategies to bring your life into a state of harmony and then integrating the cognitive work with Reiki and Sound Energy.

Life Coaching services are available as in office or telephone sessions. During the session we will be defining specific areas to address in your life. We will create a step by step plan to obtain your goals.
At Attune Coaching, we take you through a series of steps. We’ll look at the specifics of your day and help you identify behaviors that are preventing you from succeeding. You’ll learn how to identify obstacles, such as anxiety, inadequate organizational skills, or lack of time and information. Then we’ll help you develop a plan to overcome those obstacles that works in your life circumstances. Finally, you’ll learn ways of coaching yourself so future challenges don’t get in your way.

Reiki Sessions:
Individual reiki sessions focus on deep relaxation and integration. Sessions may last 30 or 60 minutes. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It is based on the idea that an unseen life-force energy flows through us, keeping us alive and connected to all other life-force energy. It is typically administered by the gentle laying-on of hands over a person, either lightly on the body itself or a few inches above. The Reiki master is simply a vehicle for this energy to move through the body.

Sound Energy Sessions:
Each individual vibrates to a pitch created by the body’s nervous system. But the hectic pace of our lives keeps us from tuning into that basic vibration. The process of sound energy involves using musical tuning forks. The practitioner strikes a series of forks at different pitches, helping you to tune into your body’s natural vibration. When your body resonates with the pitch, you will feel centered.

A Four Week course in How Walking the Labyrinth can help you Grow and Heal:
